As a Lifestyle Newborn photographer, we can take photos of your new baby anytime in the first couple months of their birth. It’s never too early to schedule your session to ensure you reserve time in my calendar.

I love to help clients feel as confident as possible when they show up for pictures. It’s a good idea to start planning this part as early as possible. It’s always best to start by shopping your closet before running out for a new wardrobe. I recommend sticking with more neutral colors that compliment (not match) your family members. I find soft greys, oatmeal, blush, chambray or light greens are a great place to start.  I will send over my Style Guide with a ton of inspiration and ideas on how to plan for everyone in your family.  I’m always happy to provide more specific input based on pictures of outfits you send my way too!

Typically in your bedroom, the nursery, or your family room space – really wherever the light hits best! More details are provided in the newborn session guide you receive.
