Once I connect with the school director on date, time, location for school picture day, I come prepared with my backdrop, equipment and knock knock jokes!  I also provide all of the communication, reminder notifications etc ready to send to families.  

There are NO up front cost to the school or families for me to take school pictures.

Families will receive their child’s proofing gallery with 2-5 unique images. They will have the option to purchase digital images, prints OR a combination of both through their secure online gallery. There is no obligation to purchase.

I will provide a detailed summary of how to order once the proofs are ready. Each school gallery and child album will have a secure/unique password. All purchases are made directly through my online system replacing the old order forms. The best part is the ordering flexibility! With my most popular packages, families can mix/match poses they want for different size prints or purchase a la carte if they wish. Digital packages are available as well. 

Proofing galleries are delivered within 3 weeks of picture day. There is a 10 day ordering window to place all print orders. Orders typically take about 1-2 weeks to be delivered to the school ready to take home. 

Most available August / September (for fall) or January – April (Spring), but can discuss the best timing for your school anytime throughout the school year.
